New Tools and Online Fun for Girls
Volunteers can build a cookie season that’s just right for the girls they guide. Built by Me is a new online tool made especially for volunteers that helps create a plan for cookie season. It’s as simple as taking a short quiz. When they’re done, volunteers can print or email the plan to themselves and use it as a blueprint to guide girls in making their own decisions—making it a truly girl-led experience. Girls love earning a plush animal every year during the Cookie Program. Little Brownie’s adorable cookie friends encourage and inspire girls to reach high goals. This cookie season, girls can enter a fun-filled online world that brings their cookie friends to life. Girls voted to name the new cookie friend and the results are in! Twyla the owl is the official cookie friend for the 2016-2017 Girl Scout Cookie season. Experience her interactive storybook and much more here. If girls earn Twyla, they can unlock additional coloring features on the website. Girls can even vote on next season’s cookie friend.
