Effectively Facilitating Adult Learning Class

Do you like to share your Girl Scout knowledge with others? Do you like to have fun? Are you interested in becoming an adult learning facilitator?

If you answered “yes” to any of the questions above, the adult learning facilitator volunteer position might be for you! You may be wondering what a facilitator does…

An adult learning facilitator delivers already-written courses to individuals and/or groups of volunteers. Becoming an adult learning facilitator will polish your public speaking skills, further develop your leadership skills, increase your communication skills, expand your time management skills, and expand your circle of friends. All of which can be added to a resume! Most importantly, you will have fun while sharing your knowledge of Girl Scouts.

Your first step to building new skills would be to attend the Effectively Facilitating Adult Learning Zoom sessions on Saturday, April 17, from 10 a.m.-noon and Sunday, April 25, from 2-4 p.m. You must be available to attend both sessions.

Register here.
