The Girl Scout Gold Award represents the highest achievement in Girl Scouting. Open only to girls in high school, this prestigious award challenges girls to change the world – or their corner of it. Two of the requirements for Going for Gold are viewing the online learning session and attending the face-to-face session where girls will learn how to successfully plan and carry out a project. They will learn to identify the root cause of an issue in their community and how to build a project to address those issues. Register today through eBiz to view the online learning session and for an upcoming face-to-face Go for Gold Workshop:
Saturday, November 12, 2016 – First Christian Church, Hampton
Saturday, December 3, 2016 – Thalia United Methodist Church, Virginia Beach
Sunday, December 18, 2016 – A Place for Girls, Chesapeake
