Annual Meeting Silent Auction Guidelines Participation Requirements:
Any girl participating in an approved extended travel opportunity can participate in the silent auction fundraiser.
- Girls must be registered members of Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast.
- Girls must be participating in an extended trip that has received approval from their community travel consultant or designee in the event that the girl’s community does not have a travel consultant.
- Girls must participate in both of the Council sponsored fundraisers (Fall Product Program and Cookie Program) in order to participate in additional fundraising activities in accordance with the GSCCC fundraising guidelines as outlined in Volunteer Essentials.
