Step Outside with Girl Scouts and get a sneak peek at all the fun and adventure she’ll find with us! Girls and their families can join us on Sunday, October 4 from 2 to 4 p.m. to find out about and register for Girl Scouts, while having fun doing outdoor activities at A Place for Girls in Chesapeake, the Virginia Beach Farmers Market, Camp Apasus in Norfolk, First Christian Church in Hampton and Charles Creek Park in Elizabeth City.
It’s an afternoon of fun and adventure for the whole family—hike trails, go on a nature scavenger hunt, make outdoor-themed crafts and learn about activities with community partners, including Nauticus and Mad Science of Hampton Roads. At A Place for Girls, girls and their families can meet Luana Munoz, co-host of The Hampton Roads Show on WAVY-TV.
