Norfolk Botanical Garden welcomes Girl Scouts to gather in the gardens and get into nature. Discover how to grow a vegetable garden. Decorate flowerpots and plant herb seeds to take home. Connect with the garden by learning about native plants and animals. Take Action by creating a nature journal, documenting what you see in the garden and recording ways you've learned to help conserve natural resources.
Note: Bring a bag lunch. Anyone who comes to the garden without pre-registered tickets will be required to pay garden admission and will not be able to participate in Girl Scout programs. Girl Scout Cadettes and Seniors can volunteer for this event. Email volunteer@nbgs.org for more information.
This is a girl and adult event. Both pay to attend. Tagalongs five and older are welcome and pay to attend.
