Girl Scout Cadettes through Ambassadors and adults are invited to volunteer at the VSO in a celebration of brotherhood, unity and peace in remembrance of 9-11. Created in 2017 in the wake of the violence in Charlottesville, this annual event embraces our community's cultural richness and diversity, uniting people of all ages, faiths and backgrounds through participation in music, dance and spoken word. Music will be available for any instrument at any level, so come play and sing with us!

Since 2015, the Cookie Classic Run has been an annual event supporting the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast (GSCCC). With time 1 mile, 5K and 10K races, runners of all abilities can join us in supporting GSCCC while preparing for the 2020 race season. If that isn't sweet enough, the Cookie Classic is the only race in Hampton Roads where you get Girl Scout cookies while you race!

Chrysler Museum Glass Studio

Join us for a GSCCC Alum & friends glassblowing class at the Chrysler Museum Glass Studio. Spend the evening with your Girl Scout Alum sisters and friends as we learn about the art of glassblowing at this private event. With the help of Chrysler's talented staff, every attendee will make their very own glass pumpkin in the colors of their choosing as a keepsake. As you inflate the glass bubble with your breath, their team will form it into your personalized piece you can cherish for years.

The She Believes She Can, So She Does scholarship was created for Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast to provide support to current Girl Scout Ambassadors pursuing higher education opportunities to include vocational training and undergraduate education. This scholarship will provide more opportunities for girls looking to further their skills and education all while fueling the leadership and workforce pipeline.
