Self-Protection and Self-Empowerment Workshops for Girls

Lisa Van Ahn, athlete with the US National Kickboxing Team and founder of the I AM INITIATIVE will be in Hampton Roads during the week following Christmas to lead self-love and self-protection workshops with Girl Scout troops, young ladies and women.

The I AM INITIATIVE builds personal safety by empowering girls to love and honor their talents and skills, never be a victim of circumstance, and be responsible in their lives.
