Volunteer Toolkit (VTK) - What's New?

The Volunteer Toolkit is the troop management system that every troop leader needs to use to save her or him time keeping up with the troop roster, emailing parents and caregivers, and reporting financial information. The best resource just received a makeover to include even more program content and new features. All this and so much more is a few clicks away!

What's new in the VTK?
  • A brand new Explore tab. You have the option to select View Popular Tracks if you're not sure what you are looking for, or if you know what you are looking, click Start Adding Petals, Badges or Journeys. It's an easier way to fill your year plan. Once you are viewing a track, you can click on the icon to the right of the meeting to read the requirements to earn the badge.
  • In the Year Plan tab, you can click on Take a Guided Tour to add a Badge or Journey Meeting or Combine Meetings. With each click, another pop-up instruction tells you exactly what to do.
