World Sight Day for Girl Scouts

World Sight Day (WSD), the international day of awareness for the global issue of avoidable blindness and visual impairment, is October 8, 2015.  Participate in these fun opportunities just for Girl Scouts:
  • Participate in a fun and educational World Sight Day activity as a troop and receive commemorative patches for helping to raise awareness.
  • Download the free toolkit with activity ideas to help you educate your troop and provide awareness in your community. Find it here
It's simple to get started:
  • View the WSD Girl Scouts Sheet to find out more information about this program (and share it with other troops or forward this message to those who may be interested!).
  • When you’re ready, fill out the Join Us Registration form on our TOMS Tribe World Sight Day page here to let us know you will be participating as a troop.
We look forward to helping you raise awareness in your community for World Sight Day in October! For questions, contact Jennifer.Kuo@TOMS.com.
