Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors - are you experienced at selling Girl Scout Cookies?  If you answered yes, become a Cookie Captain!

Remember how hard it was to ask that first cookie customer? Become a superhero to some Girl Scout Daisies and Brownies who are selling cookies for the first time. Share what you know - and earn service leadership hours too!

• Help new cookie sellers develop skills and confidence.
• Show the ropes to troop leaders.
• Lead activities at a cookie rally.
• Receive training that includes lots of fun game and activity ideas.

Operation Homefront is putting the finishing touches on Back to School Brigade to serve military children in our area. They are in need of great volunteers, like Girl Scouts, to help make this event a success.

Great News for Graduating Seniors

Girl Scout Lifetime membership is available to any individual 18 years of age or older, high school graduate or the equivalent.

Lifetime membership dues are $375. A special lifetime membership, at the reduced cost of $195, is offered to girls who are registered Girl Scouts at the time of their high school graduation.

Download the Lifetime Membership Registration Form (PDF).  Return the completed form along with your check, money order, or credit card information to GSCCC, 912 Cedar Road, Chesapeake, VA 23322 no later than 4 p.m. on August 31, 2017.

Celebrate National S’mores Day at Green Flash Brewing Co.

We are hosting a fun event at Green Flash Brewing Co., 1209 Craft Lane Virginia Beach, VA 23454, in celebration of National S’mores Day on August 10 from 5 to 8 p.m. As a special thank you to our volunteers, we are extending an exclusive price of $25 for all registered 2017-2018 adults over 21 for this event.  Your ticket includes a flight of four beers paired with a Girl Scout cookie, a full glass of your favorite beer and a food ticket.  Register online to attend.  For questions, contact Robin Thomas at philanthropy@gsccc.org.  We hope to see you there!

Moana on the Big Screen

This is a family event.  All must pay to attend. Group tickets are $5 per person (regular tickets are $7) and includes a small popcorn.

Join the Ted for the showing of Moana on the newly renovated scoreboard. With state of the art, four panel viewing, this will be a unique event for everyone! Bring your day care, come out as a group or individual, but do not miss this summer time adventure. The Ted Constant plays to ODU basketball, concerts and family shows.
