The Volunteer Toolkit (VTK) will be down for maintenance beginning at 9 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2017 and will be available again on Tuesday, July 18, 2017.

- All 2016-2017 Year Plans are now archived under “See Past Years” at the top of the Year Plan Tab. Any plans that were created prior to July 3 for 2017-2018 year will also be found in “See Past Years”.
- Brand new troop leaders registered for the 2017-2018 membership year and who are listed as the troop leader for an active troop will have access to the VTK now.

Approval of the Girl Scout Gold Award proposal is by the Council Gold Award Committee. Once a girl submits her proposal, attends a Gold Award interview, and receives approval for her project, she is ready to start her project.
